Company Profile
Warehouse/FabricThe factory has an internal system to check a certain percentage of incoming fabric
A standard for the fabric inspection is implemented and maintained properly by the Fabric technician
Approved fabric swatches are available and used during inspection of the material
Incoming fabric is checked for physical requirements such as color fastness, rubbing fastness, shrinkage etc
Incoming fabric is checked for weight, width and length
Dye lots are identified and marked; a swatch of every dye lot is kept in a file with clear identification
Warehouse/Accessories
Approved swatches of trims and accessories are available and used during the inspection of material, properly filed in the accessory warehouse

Cutting
Elasticized and cotton fabrics are relaxed in a proper method and sufficient time.

Finished Garment Final inspection
Designate final inspection area is in place for internal inspection and customer QC
The inspection tables are big enough to suit an inspection of the product
QC is equipped with measure tape, defect stickers, complete product information including seal sample are available
