Company Profile

Warehouse/Fabric

The factory has an internal system to check a certain percentage of incoming fabric

A standard for the fabric inspection is implemented and maintained properly by the Fabric technician

Approved fabric swatches are available and used during inspection of the material

Incoming fabric is checked for physical requirements such as color fastness, rubbing fastness, shrinkage etc

Incoming fabric is checked for weight, width and length

Dye lots are identified and marked; a swatch of every dye lot is kept in a file with clear identification

 

Warehouse/Accessories

Approved swatches of trims and accessories are available and used during the inspection of material, properly filed in the accessory warehouse

Factory has a system to check a certain percentage of incoming trims and accessories

Trims and Accessories are counted and checked for color, outlook, style, function, quality, size, artwork etc

Trims and Accessories are checked for physical requirements such as color fastness

 

Cutting

Elasticized and cotton fabrics are relaxed in a proper method and sufficient time.

Clamps are used in a proper way during cutting and controlled

Factory has a system in place to ensure that cutting is done by dye lot or separated accordingly

Cutting accuracy is checked at minimum 3 pieces (top, middle, bottom) randomly

Cut panels are 100% numbered at the correct areas

Every bundle has a ticket with sufficient information

100% inspection of printed/embroidered panels

The cutting room has a clear work flow, manpower is allocated correctly

The bundles are protected from direct exposure to light/dirt/moisture etc

Ironing

Ironing boards with steam and vacuum are available

Ironing boards have proper covers, covers are regularly changed

Area is tidy and clean, lighting is sufficient

Approved ironing sample by style is available in ironing section

Ironing methods (on utilization of steam, suction, ironing boards etc) are standardized and applied correctly

Supervisor is checking the ironing result randomly

 

Finished Garment Final inspection

Designate final inspection area is in place for internal inspection and customer QC

The inspection tables are big enough to suit an inspection of the product

QC is equipped with measure tape, defect stickers, complete product information including seal sample are available

The factory has 100% final inspection each garment

The finished products are checked for measurements, and fit

The finished products are checked for workmanship and general appearance

The finished products are checked for artwork and labeling

The finished products are checked for functionality and safety

Defects are clearly marked and separated; action on defective garments is assured

Each QC is recording every defect and quantity inspected

Packing

The space is big enough for collection/distribution

Packing tables are big enough, Area is tidy and clean, lighting is sufficient

Assortment are arranged by color/size/style

Packing instructions are in place, an approved packing sample by style is available

Packaging is controlled for folding, poly bag sealing, hanging, labeling etc
